Started with a single bottleneck: quotation generation took 30 minutes. Built a targeted solution that dropped it to 5 minutes. As trust grew, the solution expanded into a complete operational system — sales, billing, inventory, assembly, delivery, after-sales service, and maintenance scheduling. One interconnected platform at roughly one-fifth the cost of Fortune 500 alternatives.
