One digital ecosystem for content, community and learning

The organisation needed to take several forms of content and community online. A non-technical internal team also needed a workable way to manage the system after launch.

We designed the applications as an ecosystem, set up self-hosted infrastructure and paired delivery with process design, training and ongoing technical stewardship.

The organisation now has a growing digital estate rather than a collection of isolated launches. Its team can manage day-to-day content while new capabilities are added as real needs emerge.
