Terms of service

1. Services

Zoe Ventures provides technology development, education and training, business consulting, and strategic partnership services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be defined in a separate agreement.

2. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for services, all intellectual property rights to deliverables created specifically for the client shall be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

4. Limitation of liability

Zoe Ventures' liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
