AI training platform — adaptive learning app live; enrolment site and cohort ops in progress.

What we built

AI training and education for business owners, professionals and students, across Code and No-Code tracks. A live adaptive learning app carries learners through gated curriculum with AI-generated assessments, while a demand-first launch plan lets the institute run its first cohorts before committing to a full build-out.

A live adaptive learning app — four curriculum tracks with module gating and AI-generated assessments.
A marketing and enrolment site prepared for launch, covering cohorts, courses, bookings, certificates, payments and testimonials.
A custom admin console covering dashboard, courses, cohorts, bookings, leads, sessions and comms.
A full strategy suite — ICPs, go-to-market plan, operations playbook, operating-cost model, and execution and social calendars.
A no-backend first-cohort launch that runs on forms, payment links and messaging until demand justifies the full site.

Our ongoing role

Operating the live learning app and supporting the first cohort.

Preparing the marketing site to deploy once demand validation completes.

Strategy and ops support for the institute's go-to-market.

Key Outcomes

Learners have a live adaptive environment to work through the curriculum today.
The institute can run its first cohorts on a proven demand loop before committing to a full build-out.
Enrolments, payments and certificates are tracked inside one admin system rather than across tools.
The go-to-market is documented as a repeatable plan, not a one-off launch.

Tech Outcomes

Learners sign in with Google or credentials and land in a personalised track.
Assessments are produced by two different models, each matched to the exercise type.
Cohort state advances automatically as interest and payment thresholds are met.
Interest, bookings and payments move through one operations console, so the team works from a single view.

Results & stats

No public metrics yet — the learning app is live; the first cohort is running on a manual launch plan.
