Programme Platform · In progress

Life Speaks' TRANSFORM programme platform — a structured 90-day journey carried across web, learning and print.

What we built

A mobile-first, installable web app that turns Life Speaks' TRANSFORM book into a daily practice system. Participants work through chapter-aligned modules with a morning practice, an evening reflection and weekly application challenges — journalling privately and self-assessing as they go. The journey advances one day at a time, and participants can pause without losing their place.

A structured programme experience connecting enrolment, learning content, exercises, progress and completion.
Chapter-aligned modules with a morning practice, an evening reflection, and weekly application challenges.
A six-dimension self-assessment with banded scoring, plus baseline, midpoint and final checkpoints.
Client-encrypted private journals, and bounded AI feedback that is opt-in on each application answer.
Accountability patterns for lessons, reflections, goals and progression, designed around the TRANSFORM method.
A two-phase launch path — an invitation-only feedback cohort, then a paid public launch on the same access rules.

Our ongoing role

Keeping the programme platform aligned with the Life Speaks website, curriculum and print materials as TRANSFORM evolves.

Refining the learning and accountability flows with the team ahead of wider programme delivery.

Key Outcomes

Participants receive a structured, day-by-day journey rather than an open course library.
Private reflections stay encrypted on the participant's own device — the platform operator cannot read them.
Progress is shown as capacity growth across six dimensions, presented as personal development rather than competition.
Existing students onboard first as an invitation-only cohort without blocking a later paid public launch.

Tech Outcomes

Journals are encrypted at the client, so they are unreadable to the platform operator.
AI review is opt-in per answer and never sees a journal by default.
One entitlement service handles both the invitation cohort and the paid launch, so access rules do not fork.
