Premium digital formation platform with two tracks — payments, community, mini-games, and admin tooling.
What we built
A two-track digital formation platform in the Wisdom Speaks brand family — The Prepared Man and The Good Woman, each with its own theme. Members move from registration and payment into gated courses, a community layer, and structured completion, with admins activating access from one back office. Three mini-games and a leaderboard sit alongside the lessons.
- Two-track platform — The Prepared Man and The Good Woman — from registration and payment to admin-activated course access.
- A full course architecture: courses → modules → lessons, with progress tracking, workbook answers, and accountability MCQs that gate advancement.
- Community layer: threaded comments, public discussion, a leaderboard, reactions — plus three mini-games: Love Decoder, Covenant Conflict Test, and Spiritual Maturity.
- Market-adapted payments and registration — UPI with payment-proof approval, and invite-only access by admin-generated redemption code.
- Ambassador-code referral system with commissions, lesson reviews, course completion tracking, and a course-manager plugin for admins.
Our ongoing role
Iterating in defined sprints — the active workstreams are production email (Brevo) and Nigeria go-live readiness.
Maintaining and testing the regional builds (Nigeria Paystack, India UPI) ahead of go-live.
Keeping automated verification green across Vitest, Jest, and Playwright E2E.
Key Outcomes
- Members advance through gated modules only after completing every lesson and passing the module's accountability check — the path cannot be skipped.
- Members can pay through a local method or join by invitation, so entry is not limited to a single route.
- Community and accountability tools — discussion, a leaderboard, reactions and three mini-games — keep members engaged between lessons.
- Operators administer payments, access and content from a single back office, with ambassador referrals and course management in one place.
Tech Outcomes
- Access is granted only after a verified payment or an admin-issued code, so activation cannot be forced from the client side.
- Locked content is protected at the server, not merely hidden in the interface — a direct fetch of a locked module is refused.
- Payments for different markets sit behind one codebase, so adapting to a new market is not a separate build.
- Deleting a comment removes its replies and reactions as one operation, so moderation leaves no orphaned threads.
