What we built

A freemium, PWA-ready mental-health companion for teens and young adults in India, designed around crisis support and radical privacy. Help is one tap from any screen, including offline, and journals are encrypted on the device — no phone number required. Mood check-ins, a safety plan, trusted contacts and calm tools sit alongside an AI journalling companion.

Crisis-first architecture — an "I'm Not Okay" button on every screen, India-specific helplines, a safety-plan builder, a trusted-people list, and an offline-capable crisis page.
Radical privacy by design — no phone number required, PIN + biometric lock, locally encrypted journals, anonymous onboarding.
Mood check-ins with history, journalling, calm tools (guided breathing), a hope widget, peer stories, a premium tier, and offline mode.
An AI journalling companion with a multi-provider fallback chain that runs fully locally with no external API keys.

Maintaining staging deployments and running QA cycles against a defined feature checklist.
