A human-reviewed AI workflow for turning lectures into structured notes

Long lectures had to become extensive notes with a consistent structure and voice. The work was demanding, and an AI shortcut without a clear editorial standard would have created more review effort rather than less.

We documented the process, quality rules and review gates, trained the team and then encoded that operating knowledge into a low-cost local AI workflow with a human approval step.

The organisation now has a repeatable content operation and an automation layer built on top of it. Future language and audio formats can extend the same governed workflow.
